Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our products. In accordance with the EU Consumer Protection Act (Directive (EU) 2019/2161), you have the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days after you have received them. We make sure your shopping experience is hassle-free, and here are the detailed return and exchange policies:


1. Unconditional Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. This period begins on the date of receipt of the goods by you or a third party nominated by you (not the carrier).



2. Conditions of Return and Exchange

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

The goods are unused and undamaged;

The goods are kept in their original packaging and in perfect condition;

The product includes all original attached labels, instructions, accessories, etc.;

If the item is in a fragile or special category, make sure it has not been used or opened.



3. Return and Exchange Request

If you decide to request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service: Please submit a return application by email or our online customer service, and provide your order number, product number, and reason for return.

2. Provide return address and instructions: We will reply to you within 24 hours and provide specific return address, return steps and precautions.

3. Return the product: You need to pack the product completely and send it back to the address we provide. To ensure the safety of your goods during transit, we recommend using a logistics service with tracking capabilities.



4. Product Inspection and Refund

Once the item is returned, we will complete the inspection within 7 working days after receiving the item. If the item is eligible for return or exchange, we will complete the refund or exchange process within 14 days after confirmation.

Refunds will be credited to your account via the original form of payment. Please note that the refund process may be delayed depending on the payment platform.




5. Non-returnable items

According to EU Consumer Protection Law, the following products are not eligible for the unconditional return policy:

Opened or used goods;

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged for health or safety reasons;
